Friendly staff, beutiful place. Just like the boutique hotels at this area the access it's a bit ruff. Other than that the lagoon it's amazing, the rooms were very confterble and clean. I will definitely go back .
This place is definitely a hidden gem. We love to vacation in the Riviera Maya, but over the years we have explored and expanded our geographic area. Bacalar is a gorgeous lagoon (enormous) that is unheard of due to how secluded (4 hours from Cancun) they are from the popular Cancun destinations. Me and my wife stayed a couple of nights at this very small (8 suites) resort. The location is to die for, all the suites have views of the gorgeous lagoon that features about 6-7 color variations of turquoise water which happens to be fresh, super clear and clean water. The staff at this resort is very hands on we were blown away by Jose (ground crew), but we felt that Fernando, Alex and Leo did a great job also. This place is for total relaxation for a couple or a small family, but definitely not a party environment. We can’t wait to visit them again and we are very appreciative of the care we received while we were there. 5 stars for Triple 7 Hotel Bacalar!
Increíble hotel. La comida deliciosa. Instalaciones. Piscina. Laguna y servicios y cuartos muy bonitos y espaciosos. Lo único que le falto es música de ambientación y más iluminación por la noche en los puntos importantes. El.wifi es muy débil y la señal también por la ubicación. El.personal te brinda todo lo que necesitas o les pides. Volvería a hospedarme y a ir en un carro propio pues los taxis para entrar y salir del hotel cuestan 250 a 300 pesos cada vez que sales algun lugar.
